We’re passionate about bringing humanity back into work and creating a sense of belonging. As with all of our practices, we look outside our company for teachers and sources of inspiration, like Serilda Summers-McGee, Paloma Medina, and Galen Emanuele.

Superhuddle
Once a year, we join forces in person to explore new ways of connecting and pursuing creativity. In 2022, our theme was a creative hackathon — we gave everyone on our team one week and a $700 tools & materials budget to pursue something challenging or exciting. It was an excellent reminder that creativity fuels everything we do.
